A grieving therapist begins telling his clients exactly what he thinks
Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge changes in people’s lives, including his own. The cast of “Shrinking” share their best character-defining moments in season one and reveal who has the best Harrison Ford impression. When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence were asked how they convinced Harrison Ford to be on the show, Segel said Goldstein originally wanted a “Harrison Ford type” and would audition people who looked like Ford.

Segel told Goldstein they should have at least introduced him to Ford first, thinking he would have turned it down immediately, but at least other people would hear that Harrison Ford was brought in, which would have piqued the interest of other famous actors. Eventually, Goldstein talked to Ford and convinced him to play the part. Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince him, but he was elated nonetheless.
His dry delivery is the absolute best
Harrison Ford is simply amazing in this show! His grouchy attitude and sharp tongue are now my life goal when I reach old age. It’s hysterical and I need more of that in my life!!!
This show is so beautifully written
Also, if you’re a Jason Segel fan, you won’t be disappointed. It has well-rounded characters dealing with real issues. It conveys all the emotions and leaves you wanting more every week.
